Mobile suit gundam is an anime or anime series or something, but I've never seen any of it. I do appreciate the visual style of these mecha anime though, with their jagged sharp and boxy robots/robot suits and their outer space setting. I should have watched more of these back when I watched anime. Instead I liked moe comedies and slice of life and haunting psychological character studies and phychedellic freakout stuff. Anime is truly impressive in the variety it can cover.
